 illennia of its history, the vast system of Chinese characters, initia
 lly based on primitive drawings, has been from time to time developed 
 and transformed to the stage where each character is no longer a drawi
 ng, but rather a logogram.\r\nThis characteristic combined with the fl
 exibility of brush tips has brought about a simultaneously evolving ar
 t form for the sake of convenience and beauty in writing, under the na
 me of “Shu Fa” (“Way of Writing”), internationally recognized 
 as “Chinese Calligraphy”.\r\nShu Fa is for the above reason a subj
 ect of both ergonomic and aesthetic values. It can be blended variousl
 y and harmoniously with other contemporary art forms. This has inspire
 d me to showcase the compilation of my own calligraphy works consistin
 g of philosophy quotes, poems and compositions with stories connecting
  to my daily life, as an attempt to imply that Shu Fa is an art form i
 nseparable from our lifestyle.\r\nMy expectation is that the audience 
 shall absorb the charm of Chinese characters and learn how to connect 
 the old with the new, as an approach to further studies and developmen
